Description
I try to use in a card the function "link to project". Here I want to link the card to a board. I have many boards. In this case, the button to add the card is not visible - it is below the list.
And there is no scrollbar in this list an the list is not scrolling when using the mouse wheel.
The only solution is to use the search box on top to narrow the list. Screenshot shows the problem (personal details greyed out).

Research direction
Start at the card's "link to project" action and reproduce the issue with many boards, checking the board list, its scrollbar, mouse-wheel behavior, and the add button. Done means the full list can be browsed and the button to add a card to a board remains reachable without relying on the search box.
