Description
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to propose offline support for the Web App.
I have been in situations where I needed to go over a project with a client and there was no internet at the time. I had to use the Android app (which is good) but it would have been much better and easier if I could have just used the web app offline.
I know you have a lot to do, but if possible, it would be great to see this on the backlog.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently I use the Android app.
Additional context
I'm aware that there was a request for a desktop app (https://github.com/nextcloud/deck/issues/1414) but that's not what I'm requesting with this.
EDIT: Edited a comment that was viewed as very sarcastic... all apologies.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the Web App architecture and comparing its behavior with the Android app, since the issue names no files or tests. Define the offline scope, including what project data and actions must work without internet, and verify that the Web App remains usable offline before considering the request done.
