Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I just want to know which is high priority and not done yet. Or I want to filter by "in edit" which aren't mine and also not from user x.

Describe the solution you'd like
Giving a Not filter for ppl and tags.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Workarounds as user:
A) Moving due-date and use existing due-filter. But then I lose information of the original due-date.
B) Instantly archive cards that are done. But I just want to see what we have archived for a time before archiving these...

Additional context
Guess it should be a second checkbox right next to the positive filter.

Research direction

Start by tracing the existing positive person and tag filters in the Deck interface. Determine how an inverse filter should work for people and tags, including multiple exclusions, and confirm the intended checkbox placement described in the issue. Done means users can exclude selected people or tags while retaining the existing positive filtering behavior.
