There should be a way to assign people to an issue/card/ set of tasks who only have a review function

In the team we often work decentralized. Tasks and responsibilities are clearly assigned. Nevertheless, sometimes it still needs positive or critical feedback from other people in the team.

Describe the solution you'd like
The idea would be that with Deck it is possible to add certain people from the team just for reviewing a task. For example, how this is possible in software development tools.
And if all/or at least "n" reviewers give their OK, the task is solved. At the same time, the people reviewing a task, e.g. a feedback on a written grant proposal, should be notified.
Likewise, the primary responsible for the issue should be notified when feedback is received.
Maybe it makes sense if this can also be handled for subtasks, not only for higher-level tasks.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by clarifying the review workflow, reviewer permissions, approval rules, notifications, and subtask scope before identifying implementation areas and acceptance tests.
