Description

This feature request addresses the collaborative usage of the Deck App together with external guest users, i. e. guest accounts created using the Guests App.

Analogous to the Files App it would be nice, if the Deck App would restrict its functionality for guest accounts. Guest users should only be able to access decks shared to them and should not be able to create any decks outside of shares.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating Deck’s guest-access permission checks and compare them with the Files App’s guest restrictions; done means guests can access only decks shared with them and cannot create decks outside those shares.
