Add a button for adding a category

I propose to add a category adding button next to the category edit button:

The user is confused where to add a new category for a recipe. The only option is when adding a recipe. Some users want to create categories for them immediately.

Overall, I had the pleasure to test the application. And it was surprising to me that you could print the recipe directly from the app 👍 . Such a possibility is rarely encountered. The function of downloading the recipe via a link is also very useful. And the timer during preparation is a great surprise 🥇. I was unexpected such a function. The application deserves to be called a very good application and I think that every user who likes to cook or bake should use it.

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the category edit button in the recipe interface and trace how category creation currently works while adding a recipe. Done means users can open category management and add a new category beside the existing edit control.
