Description

On my nextcloud all new registered users are assigned to "users" group.
I created a group share folder ./Recipes (I prefer this folder to be hidden so as not to clutter the file manager view)
All "users" have read, write priviledge and admin has read, write, delete priviledge on ./Recipes
This gives the ability for users to have one common cookbook.

It would be nice to have the ability to change the default folder for newly registered users. Right now the user must manually change the location.

Thanks!

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by tracing how newly registered users receive their default recipe location and how group-shared folders are represented; done means an administrator can configure that location for new users and the requested hidden-folder behavior is defined and verified.
