Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I searched for this topic and found an issue from 2022. I could not really tell, what the outcome of this one was, so i'm reposting something similar.
On large horizontal screens (Laptop, tablet, phone in landscape mode) it is inconvenient to have the ingredients and the steps below them. So, when cooking the recipe you constantly keep scrolling up and down to see the amount of ingredients you need. I assume most home cookers don't prepare every single ingredient in little bowl beforehand, so you have to check for the amount while cooking.

Describe the solution you'd like
For large Displays, it would be nice to have the ingredients and the steps independently next to each other. What i mean with independently is, that both parts should have their own scroll bar. I don't really use the tool section, so i don't really know, how to reasonably integrate this one as well.

Research direction

Start with the browser recipe view described in the issue and review the earlier 2022 issue referenced there. Define the large-display layout so ingredients and steps sit side by side with independent scrolling, while deciding how the tool section fits; done when this behavior works on the stated large horizontal screens.
