Description
Due to inconsistencies with how web sites apply tags and categories to recipes, I would like to suggest some small enhancements to the import process.
I recommend that all tags and categories get set to a specific case style, my preference would be to capitalize the first letter of each word in the tag. Optimally an admin setting to allow for differing options such as all lower, all caps or first letter caps rest lower.
In addition, upon import add a specific tag such as “New” to allow users to know which recipes they should look at to ‘clean up’.

Research direction
Start by tracing the recipe import process and how imported tags and categories are stored; the issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Clarify the desired capitalization options and the name of the import marker tag, then define completion as consistent imported labels, an admin-controlled case style, and a marker on newly imported recipes.
