Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No, I simply forget which recipes I've actually made.
Would be nice to visually identify which recipes have been actually made at a glance.
Similar to #323

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to click a button that declares ✔️ I made this
Even nicer would be ✔️ I last made this on 1/27/2024, but it is simply an idea.
Or perhaps be user specific: @sunjam last made this on 1/27/2024

Describe alternatives you've considered
None. Maybe a tag or something, but that is more work. I'm not sure. Cheers either way!

Research direction

The request is for a recipe-level “I made this” control, with an optional last-made date or per-user status. No files, tests, or entry points are identified; first clarify the desired behavior, then define completion as a visible made status for recipes at a glance.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
