Description
Describe the bug
Creating or editing a contact gives the option to add a email address. Unfortunately these fields aren't visible anymore. There is just an empty space (in edit mode as well as in view mode). The envelop button below the name on top is visible and functional. Alle the other fields I use work fine. It's the same for v33 as well as v34. It worked before but unfortunately I don't know when it broke.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to 'contacts'
- Click on 'a contact'

Research direction
Start in the Contacts app by reproducing the issue in both contact view and edit mode, comparing contacts with and without email addresses. Trace the frontend rendering for email fields and verify that addresses are visible and editable while the existing envelope action remains functional.
