When creating nested Groups in a Client e.g. Cardbook they do not appear nested in the Webinterface. As their name now contains there hirarchy it is not longer readable as the with of the groups list is limiting..

Support for nested categories and the possibility to adjust the width of the side panel containing the categories list.
