Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Situation:
In the contacts app of Nextcloud, we would like to set up the “Organization chart”.
As of now, it is only possible to select one single user as the manager of one user.

What is missing:
To set up our “Organization chart” exactly as our hierarchical structure is defined – meaning having possibly 2 ore more managers for a team – , we must have the opportunity to define a managing team.

Describe the solution you'd like

Solution:
The solution would be that either a single user or a managing team can be selected as “a manager”; in a second step, if chosen, that managing team has to be defined: users have to be selected. When afterwards defining new manager connections, EITHER a user can be selected as a single manager OR a managing team can be selected, so that the managing team has NOT to be recreated multiple times.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the Contacts app's existing Organization chart manager flow and how manager relationships are represented. Define the behavior for selecting a single user or reusable managing team, including how teams are created and reused; done means hierarchical charts support both manager types without recreating a team.
