Describe the bug
Contact groups: Unable to add LDAP contacts (LDAP users) or contacts shared with me. It's only possible to add my manually created contacts.

Expected behavior
IMO, I should be able to add this 2 contact categories in my personnal contact groups :
- LDAP contacts (users of NC instance)
- Contact shared with me (address book shared with me by other)
Actual behavior
It's only possible to add my manually created contacts and I can't add :
- LDAP contacts (users of NC instance)
- Contact shared with me (address book shared with me by other)
