OMG 😱 it works (contacts sync on Monterey)

Describe the bug

I've tried dozens of times to sync contacts between my NC AiO instance with my apple computers default carddav client (on high sierra, catalina, monterey, ventura) - none of them have ever worked (but it does on iOS)

until today

I've tried to sync another account than mine and it shared the content from the server to my iMac 2015 with monterey.
I've created new contacts on both web site and computer
updated
deleted
IT WORKS

I'm sharing this because I know a lot of people have been facing the problem
and I'm ready to follow your lead if this working synchronization could help understanding what is not working else where

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to contact app and add new carddav account
2. Use manual install with username, password and server URL
3. copy&paste the addressbook url from NC Contacts settings/Address books/Contacts but this one came out as: https://my.domain.net/remote.php/dav/addressbooks/users/username/contacts-1/ (note the -1)
4. Click 'connect'
5. connection is established, contacts are synched
6. server settings shows the same empty fields as usual! server: my.domain.net / path: (greyed /principals/user/)

Expected behavior

empty repertory of contacts as usual

Actual behavior

other accounts I have tried to sync have the exact same settings
but won't work - I'd be very happy to contribute to finding the macos issue
