Description

Describe the bug

Since new release and UI (5.3) I cannot find the "Notes" field (that I use so much) for a new contact.
In other contacts already existing, the field appears, with the information, but cannot edit it.

Excuses my english, the field I want is "notes" in french, maybe another word in english

Steps to reproduce
  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
Expected behavior

The field "Notes" should appear in the proposed fields to add in a new contact and be editable.

And, if possible, I would enjoy to have this field directly available in any new contact. Out of the box or as an option I could set.

Actual behavior

The field is not available

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by reproducing the missing Notes field in Contacts 5.3.1 on Linux and compare creating a new contact with editing an existing one. Done means Notes is available for new contacts and can be edited on existing contacts.
