Description

Describe the bug

While syncing with iOS some contacts seem to be missing.
On the web version all contacts are visible just fine but the iOS devices to not receive or obtain all contacts. It's hard to figure out why this is happening. I can't see any logic in why certain contacts are synced to the devices and others are not.

Expected behavior

All contacts that are in Nextcloud to end up on iOS devices.

Would be nice if there was a way to force this or have some status insight in this.

Some contacts are missing whilst are present in Nextcloud.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named, and the issue provides no reproduction steps. Start by reproducing the missing-contact behavior while comparing contacts in Nextcloud with those received on iOS, then identify which contact cases fail. Done means all Nextcloud contacts sync to iOS, with any agreed status or force-sync behavior covered.
