I learned in #389 that Nextcloud isn't able to import that standard vcards that Outlook exports.
Describe the solution you'd like
Nextcloud should be able to import contacts from Outlook. Their .vcf-files but also their csv lists.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried to just change the version number in the text file. That didn't work.
I tried to find a converter. That seems to be complicated.

How are people supposed to switch from Outlook to Nextcloud?
