Bug description
I exported the address book from one nextcloud instance and tried to import it another nextcloud instance.
Sadly some contacts get lost in this process.
Since the names for the contacts with errors are not shown on the import dialog I wasn't able to find and test all of them manually (or even able to fix it manually by adding them all once more manually).
But below is one contact which I found quite quickly. The data is slightly changed for anonymization.

Additional info
I updated the old exporting instance through 22.3 up to 23.3
The new one is 23.2.
I tried the import on both servers on various versions with new exports on each version step and it still didn't work.

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the import with the supplied minimal vCard and compare behavior across the stated Nextcloud versions; done means the contact imports without being lost and the import dialog identifies failures.
