Hi
My users are asking if it is possible to see all the other users profile- infos in contact like GAL in Exchange. All infos from users are already in their profiles (like adress, phone etc.) and are sort of senseless there. Also, the users should only be mentioned or listed once (function in menu on top right corner - users and contatacts are listed, if users are also present as contacts - thats highly confusing). In addition, if contacts is not used and desactivated, all contacts are still visible via this function, unless they are deleted completely.
Users are currently very confused with the "contacts" feature - it's nice, but according to them, laks the integration of the infos of the other users...
