Steps to reproduce
- export a contact with profile picture in google contacts --> google-contacts.vcf
- import the exported vcard in nextcloud (in contacts under "Einstellungen")
- the contact in nextcloud has no picture --> the PHOTO tag is not processed --> I think this is wrong.
- export the contact with the three dots in the contact
- you get google-nc-contacts.vcf --> the vcard has in comparsion with the original google-contacts.vcf additionaly a "VALUE=BINARY" in the PHOTO tag, but has a URL as content
- add a picture to the contact
- export the contact
- you get google-nc-contacts-1.vcf --> in this file is a Base64 encoded picture, but this file has a second PHOTO tag which is empty --> I think this is wrong.
- delete the picture in the contact
- export the contact
- you get google-nc-contacts-2.vcf --> this file has no PHOTO tag --> I think this is correct.
- add the picture a secont time
- export the contact
- you get google-nc-contacts-3.vcf --> this file has only one PHOTO tag with the Base64 encoded picture --> the vcard is the fist time correct
Expected behaviour
A correct imported contact with the embeded image and correct exported vcards.
Actual behaviour
The import from picture URLs in vcards is wrong. The image in the URL was not processed.
The import needs to process the URL and add the Base64 image. Furthermore, there must not be an empty PHOTO tag.
