Share link public access preview is misleading

Describe the bug

This is the message someone actually see while they do have access to the page because the link is a public access link

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a public link in collective A
2. Share it to collective B
3. User from collective B see this message on clicking the link they have access.
4. See error
5. The creator of the link see something nice and beautiful and is not aware of this limitation

Expected behavior
They should kind of trying to show something like collectives icon or something to show the link is correct...

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Reproduce the public-link flow by creating a link in collective A and opening it from collective B, then trace the recipient-facing preview; done means users with access see an accurate, helpful indication that the link is valid rather than a misleading message.
