Description

We auto apply passwords when we share files to external users.

Now i made a circle with internal and (3) external users (share over their mailadress)

Problem:

  • 2 of the external users get a mail with the password, the 3rd not. Another user tested this also and also not everyone gets an mail with the password. Everyone gets the mail with the link.
  • I cant reset the password for the users. How to i manage the login for them? I only can set "1" Password for everyone in the circle management. But there should be a password for everyone different i think?

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing password-protected sharing with a circle containing internal and external users, then inspect the invitation emails and circle password-management behavior; clarify the intended per-user password behavior before defining the fix.
