Description
Dear all,
we are leaving Teams and implementing NextCloud in our school and would like to organise our different staff meetings through Circles.
We have a continues change in different teams, so we would like to be able to adopt the shared files and chats accordingly.
It works like a charm for shared folders, but we have noticed that newly added Users to the secret circle are not automatically added to the chat in Talk. It works flawlessly with files and folders.
We are using NextCloud 20.0.9 and are using Circles 0.20.8 - as we have booked the NextCloud with Hetzner, I do not have the option to move forward to NC 21, as of now.
If we can do any more testing under certain constellations, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Regards, John Alistair

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are mentioned. Start by reproducing the reported behavior with Nextcloud 20.0.9 and Circles 0.20.8: add users to a secret circle and check whether they are added to its Talk chat; done means the membership is synchronized as it is for shared files and folders.
