Description
Since we updated to Nextcloud Hub 18.0.1 circles created before the update do not appear in the search when trying to share a resource (calendar, folder, etc.). This is extremely problematic as our users want to share stuff all the time using circles.
When I create a new circle after the update and try the same thing, I'm able to find the newly created circle.
Is there any way to debug this issue? The log shows nothing regarding this error.
Environment:
Nextcloud Hub 18.0.1.3
Apache HTTPD Webserver
MySQL Database
LDAP & SSO users
PHP version 7.2.27

Research direction
The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Reproduce the search for a pre-existing circle using the reported Nextcloud Hub 18.0.1.3 environment, compare it with a newly created circle, and trace the resource-sharing search path; done means legacy circles appear in search without errors.
