The team pages and team member addition menus do not show usernames as a unique identifier to tell apart or validate accounts with the same person name such as when:

• different people have the same name.
• one person has a both a new and old account (new mail-adress without account reconnect, transition from guest to employee, from student to employee with accompanied new e-mail address or a server wide change from local guest accounts to service based guest accounts).
• admins have multiple (types of) accounts under the same name.
• impostors gain server access after succesfully requesting a server invite and guest account

Describe the solution you'd like

• The team page showing usernames for team members on the team page.
  This may also be done by making the currently visible profile icons clickable to show a profile page, but directly visible information would be the most secure. If done through clickable profile icons, also add this functonality to regular sharing where the icon is also visible, but no username is shown (usernames are shown in the sharing suggestions though, which highlighted the difference between information visibility for sharing and team membership).

If useful, allow for advanced server configuration of the most relevant and trustworthy information to show (username, IdP username or e-mail address).

Start by locating the team page and team member invitation menu in the Circles app, then compare their account displays with the existing sharing suggestions. Define how usernames should appear so members with identical names or multiple accounts can be distinguished, and check whether the requested profile-link or configurable identity options affect scope. Done means the relevant team views expose a reliable account identifier.
