Steps to reproduce
  1. Create talk chat and give teams group access or create talk chat from team overview
  2. Add guest to team
  3. Login as guest
  4. No talk chat available
Expected behaviour

Guest access is configured with spreed allowed.
A new guest user should be able to see the chat that the team has access to.

Actual behaviour

From the team you see a missing icon for talk.
Clicking on the link gives an error that the conversation doesn't exist.

Workaround

Add the guest directly to the chat works.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the team chat flow with a guest user and the reported Nextcloud 32.0.5 configuration, then trace the Circles-to-Talk access path; the payload names no source files or tests. Done means a guest can see the team-accessible chat and open its link without the conversation-not-found error.
