Cannot open or delete Circle

Description
I did activate the Option: "Link groups with circles".
After i linked a group then, i instantly got an unknown error.
I disabled the option again, but i cant access the Circle anymore, i can't even delete it...
I did uninstall and remove the plugin completely.
But when i reinstall it, the Circle is still there with the same error.
Obviously, the function of linking groups is not working properly... but i need to delete the buggy circle.
Is there any option to delete the Circle manually in the files of Nextcloud?
