Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a new team
  2. Add a user or group
  3. Change the role for the newly added user
Expected behaviour

There should be three options for the role: Owner, Administrator, Moderator.

Actual behaviour

Only the roles of administrator and moderator are displayed.
