Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, Circles (Teams) in Nextcloud only allow a name and description. There is no way to assign a picture or avatar to a team.
This makes it harder to visually distinguish teams in lists, menus, or when collaborating across multiple teams. Especially in larger organizations or communities with many teams, a visual representation would improve orientation and usability.

Describe the solution you'd like
It should be possible to upload or assign an image/avatar to a Circle/Team.
This picture should then be shown wherever the team appears (e.g., in the Circles app, sharing dialogues, Collectives, Talk channels linked to a Circle).

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Using emoji or prefixes in the team name – but this is inconsistent and not visually strong.
• Relying on text descriptions – but this slows down identification in the UI.

Additional context
Other group-based systems (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) allow assigning pictures to teams/workspaces. Bringing a similar option to Circles would increase clarity and improve user experience.

Start with the Circles app and map where team names and descriptions are displayed, including sharing dialogues, Collectives, and Talk channels linked to a Circle. Define the upload or assignment flow, storage expectations, permissions, and every place the avatar should appear; done means a team can have an image and it is consistently shown across the listed contexts.
