Creating guest users too hidden

Steps to reproduce

1. open a team
2. click on add users
3. enter an email address

Expected behaviour

I get the option to invite an email address and to create a guest user (if activated)

Actual behaviour

I have to find a hidden (since not described) button to create a guest user

Server configuration

Web server: Apache/Nginx

Database: MySQL/Maria/SQLite/PostgreSQL

PHP version: 8.1/8.2/8.3

Nextcloud version: 32.0.0 RC1

If you have access to your command line run e.g.:

Start by reproducing the team flow: open a team, choose Add users, and enter an email address. Inspect the frontend entry point for guest-user creation and make the option discoverable alongside the invitation flow. Done means users can clearly find and select guest creation when it is enabled.
