Description
When I click on an App to manage it in Safari while circles is activated,
it is not possible to reach the sidebar for it.
Here I cliced on Calendar. But it appears Two-Factor TOTP-Provider in the sidebar.
Allways it also happens when I click on a different App.
Nextcloud: 28.0.3
Circles: 28.0.0-dev (why dev on stable release?)
Safari: Version 17.4 (19618.1.15.11.12)

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in Safari 17.4 with the Circles app active on Nextcloud 28.0.3, then inspect the app-management sidebar behavior when selecting Calendar and other apps. Done means each selected app opens its own correct management sidebar instead of showing the Two-Factor TOTP-Provider sidebar.
