Description
I recognize, that this must be a hell of a thing to ask, but wouldn't this be really good to have designated Files, Calendars, Notes, Contacts, etc. for each circle?
Maybe, if a circle could be treated more as some kind of user whose items are instantly shared with the circle and admins/owners had a way to interact with this circle user via the api?
I'm just getting started with going into the inner workings of nextcloud, but generally I am interested in helping..

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Begin by examining the existing circles sharing model and API surface, then clarify whether circle-owned Files, Calendars, Notes, and Contacts are in scope. A usable outcome needs an agreed design, affected services, and explicit behavior for circle members, admins, and owners.
