31.0.8
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have the possibility to enable a bot for all current and future talks. Especially the call summary is very useful for any call with more than 2 people. But I don't think, many people will remember switching it on for every call.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe there is an occ call for it. But if so, I could not find it in the documentation.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by examining the existing bot configuration and checking whether an occ command already exists, then trace how current and future talks are selected. Done means the bot can be enabled by default for all existing talks and automatically applies to newly created talks, with the behavior documented.
