When I post agenda items to the chat for a call which is still a few days away people might start discussing it in the chat already, start thinking about it, etc. Which on one hand is not a big problem, on the other hand there is a risk that by posting a agenda item a lot of people get distracted from their actual work.

Agenda items posted to the chat should be only visible to the person who wrote them, not to any other participant in the room.

If it can't be done for agenda items created by one of the supported keywords maybe there could be a additional way to create "hidden agenda points", e.g. by explicitly mention a "agenda bot user"

Describe alternatives you've considered

Don't use the agenda bot and note topics down in a private document.

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating how agenda items are created and posted to chat, then clarify whether all agenda items or only explicitly hidden ones should be private and how authors should view them; done means other room participants cannot see hidden items while their author can.
