Description

Hi, as far as I can remember, in another life, I've been using equivalent booking systems (based on outlook) and some resources, such as rooms (or VP, or...), could be automatically booked when they were free. If you were the 1st to book it for the time slot you needed it, and no one had preempted it before you, then it was yours.

I guess it was a parameter in OL, because it was not for all the meeting rooms. Last floor rooms needed a validation from someone...

I was thinking of an automatic reply from a special mail address, that would accept the booking anytime it receives a booking mail. But I'm not sure it is that easy to set up.

Would it be a idea to follow?
