Description

Steps to reproduce
  1. Modify a repeating event by deleting multiple occurrences via another app (in this case aCal+).
Expected behavior

The events should disappear an all clients.

Actual behavior

The events disappear on Thunderbird and aCal+, but the Nextcloud calendar app still shows two of the three deleted events.

Calendar app version

6.4.0

CalDAV-clients used

aCal+, Thunderbird

Been seeing this for quite some time.

Research direction

No file or test is identified in the issue. Start by reproducing the EXDATE case with aCal+ and Thunderbird against Calendar 6.4.0, then trace the calendar app's recurrence handling to compare the three deleted occurrences. Done means all deleted events are absent in the Nextcloud calendar app as they are in the other clients.
