Research direction

Start by reproducing the failure after updating Nextcloud 33 Calendar to 6.2.1, testing both saving a new entry and DAVx synchronisation. Compare the behavior with the prior Calendar version and inspect the available application, server, and browser logs. Done means new entries save successfully and DAVx synchronisation works.
