Added and then removed Availability working hours, now Meeting Proposal shows me unavailable 24/7

Steps to reproduce

With previously no working hours set, I...

1. Added an entry of 6pm-10pm on Thursday for my working hour availability
2. Confirmed that was the only slow available when using a different user account to propose a meeting time
3. Removed the working hour slot so that every day of the week now said No working hours set again
4. Now I am shown as never available/always busy in Meeting Proposal.

Expected behavior

I would expect the system to reset me back to "null" / configured state, not I have zero availability. As a workaround, I could set 12am-12am availability for every day, but that seems bad.

Actual behavior

Before touching this I was shown as always available, now even though the Availability settings are the same with nothing set, I am shown as never available.

Running latest AIO as of 16/Dec/25

Start by reproducing the issue in Calendar 6.1.1: add and remove a working-hours slot, then check the user in Meeting Proposal. Trace how the deleted availability is represented after the reset; done when the empty configuration behaves like the original always-available state and the regression is covered by a test.
