Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a user I might not want to send notifications to internal or external users when I create an appointment or meeting, For instance when creating an event in a shared calendar, or only updating an event in a shared calendar

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to have an option when creating an event to choose to notify users.

Some possible ways would be to have to have a two save buttons "save" and "save and notify" or to have a options menu popup when the event has paricipants

Describe alternatives you've considered
