Steps to reproduce
Create a new appointment.
Expected behavior
Correct display of the input mask as before.
Actual behavior
After updating from version 5.3.6 to version 5.5.1 or 5.5.2, when creating a new appointment, the input mask is no longer displayed correctly on the side, but is centered and incorrectly formatted.
