Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a Nextcloud Calendar user I want to create private Talk conversations with other users on the same instance.
Right now conversations are always joinable for guests. This is nice for external meetings, but inappropriate for internal ones.

Describe the solution you'd like

When offering to create a talk room show an option to open the room for guests.

If some of the attendees are external, the option should be forced to be on.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the Calendar flow that creates Talk conversations and how attendee types are determined. Add a guest-access option when creating a room, require it for external attendees, and verify that internal-only rooms can remain private.
