Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating a Talk room for a meeting, the attendees are notified as soon as the room has been created. They think, they need to jump in right now into the meeting, although the user wants to plan ahead.
Describe the solution you'd like
When creating meetings with Talk rooms, the calendar invitations are enough. No emails should be sent from Talk.
Describe alternatives you've considered
inviting attendees after creating the Talk room, however that would just make sure that the calendar mail is sent before the Talk mail
Additional context
This feels like a bug, but I think this is like it is more or less by design. That's why I think it's more a feature request than a bug report.

Research direction
The issue names no files or tests. Start by locating the Talk-room creation flow and the notification or email entry point in the calendar app; verify how calendar invitations and Talk emails are triggered. Done means creating a meeting with a Talk room sends the calendar invitation without a separate Talk email.
