Description

Steps to reproduce

User A creates a calendar and shares it with User B, granting write access.

User A creates an event in the shared calendar and adds a reminder (e.g., 15 minutes before the event).

In the settings, the option 'Send reminder notifications to calendar sharees as well' is enabled.

User B does not receive any notification (neither push nor email) for the event.

User A receives the notification as expected.

Expected behavior

User B should receive the event reminder notifications (push and/or email) as per the settings.

Actual behavior

User B does not receive any notifications for events in the shared calendar, despite having write access and the relevant setting enabled.

Research direction

No files or tests are named in the report. Reproduce the shared-calendar reminder scenario with the stated Calendar 5.2.4 and Nextcloud 31.0.5 setup, then trace reminder delivery for the calendar owner versus a sharee. Done means sharees with the setting enabled receive the expected push and/or email notifications.
