User Status always turns to "Away / In a meeting"

Steps to reproduce

1. A calendar with an all-day appointment, set on "free", is set on transparent
2. An all-day appointment is set on "free"
3. One appointment in a shared calendar from another Nextcloud-User. This appointment is two hours away and set as "busy" for the other user.

Expected behavior

Because all of my appointments are set "free", respectively the calendar is on transparent, my Status should stay available, without any status message

Actual behavior

My user status switches always to "Away / In a meeting"
