Reminders for recurring events are not updated

Steps to reproduce

1. create a event via UI or Other connected apps
2. add reminders and klick for this and all following events
3. both events dont get an reminder set.
4. single event edit is working

Expected behavior

If I change the reminders for one Event that is recurring it should update the reminders for all events, when I click on that button.

Actual behavior

Only way to add reminders for all events is doing it via external app or each event needs to be manual edited.

No files or tests are identified in the issue. Reproduce the problem by editing reminders on a recurring event and choosing the option for this and all following events, then trace the recurring-event update path. Done means the reminder change is applied to all selected occurrences while single-event editing continues to work.
