Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Is it bug or is it a feature?
We work with both Nextcloud and moodle. Among other things, we also use NC's calendar function. Until some time ago, it was possible for employees to receive a subscription link for shared calendars. We then linked this subscription link to the corresponding course calendar in moodle. This has not been possible for some time now. The only person who can now retrieve a subscription link is the original calendar creator, but not all other people with access to this calendar.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. First reproduce the behavior with a shared calendar and a non-creator who has access, then trace how subscription links are exposed for calendar members. Done means every authorized person can retrieve a usable subscription link for the shared calendar.
