Steps to reproduce
Organizer can receive notification reminders.Attendees of calendar events can not receive notification reminders.
This may be because modifying duplicate event email notifications (nextcloud/server#35021) removed the attendees notification reminders.

Attendees of calendar events can receive notification reminders.
