Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When having many calendars, it would be useful to know which are read-only subscribtions and which are normal ones at a glance.
Describe the solution you'd like
When having a calendar in your list shared by another user, then you see their profile picture on the right.
Similarly, you could have a link/external icon to the right of subcribed ics calendars.

Research direction
Start at the calendar list UI and compare how calendars shared by another user display the profile picture. Identify how subscribed ICS calendars are distinguished from normal calendars, then add the requested link or external icon for those read-only subscriptions. Done means subscribed ICS calendars are recognizable at a glance without changing the existing shared-calendar indicator.
