Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating an appointment, NextCloud asks for the following fields:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting
These fields do not always suffice.
Describe the solution you'd like
There are two possible solutions:
- Make the "Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting" text customisable (this may not fit into the user's tone of voice, which is a problem for public links)
- Make fields completely customisable (this would also allow users to ask for a phone number, for example)

Research direction
Start with the appointment creation flow and determine where the “Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting” prompt is defined and displayed. Clarify whether the intended outcome is a customizable prompt or fully customizable fields, then verify the selected behavior through the appointment form.
